Return Policy.

Cancellation up to five business days prior to the first class: 100% refund, less a $55 withdrawal fee (per workshop).

No refunds/credits will be given after that time.

Roberto Mata School of Photography has the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any orders placed on the website.

Roberto Mata School of Photography does not sell or give out customer information obtained from our online shop.

All information collected is used for order processing and internal marketing by Roberto Mata School of Photography.

By participating in workshops purchased through our website, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the sessions. We may use this media for promotional and marketing purposes, including on social media, our website, and other advertising channels.
You agree that no compensation will be provided for the use of your image, likeness, or recordings.
To opt out of being recorded, notify us in writing before the workshop begins. We will try to accommodate your request, but complete exclusion may not be possible in group settings.
We are not responsible for the use of images or videos by third parties once shared publicly.
For participants under 18, consent must be given by a parent or legal guardian.
