PHOTOWALK: CATTLE
Mature female cattle are called cows and mature male cattle are bulls.
What you see here is part of the result of “cattle”, a photowalk conducted by Roberto Mata on April 21st, 2024. our photographers: Taylor Gray, Kiara Conde, Marco Romano, Alfredo Suels, María José Rivera, George Korniotis, and Michel Catalan .
what is a photowalk? it is a curated space-time for a group of photographers to develop a photographic work in a determined time and area. It’s like a free drawing class but with technical, aesthetic, and conceptual orientation available for the students. We do them in places you might never go or places that, because of being so obvious, you would not consider going to. in the end, it all depends on the edge with which we approach that momentum. Back at the school, we download the photos and generate an enriching constructive criticism session, where all students participate, moderated by the instructor.
